I was digging through my files and found this. I don’t think I ever really appreciated this picture as much as I should have - it’s actually pretty nice. On the days I wore Kiki at Youmacon, I went around handing out packages, telling people they had gotten a delivery. Really it was just envelopes with candy stuffed inside. I gave out about sixty over the weekend, to the excitement of many. :P
Anyway, we started talking to this one girl because my friend recognized them, and after deciding I liked her dress, gave her a package.
So that’s the story!

I’ve shot with this group over the last few cons. They keep adding members and finally found a Seifer! Also, Tom (Squall) was very excited when he saw me because he had FINALLY finished his gunblades! (I kept teasing him about this at every shoot.)

This, of course, led to Seifer giving Squall a beatdown. >:D I wonder if I scare people when I yell “Now, give me your best Slasher smile!”

Youmacon. Which is a con that somehow feels more like my home con than anything in Toronto- go figure. Good photos, good people, good times. And I even wore a costume! If I do attend in 2012 it will be to mostly cosplay, and not shoot, as I think I have officially exhausted the location.
